THE SUNNIEST DAY

This picture relects a day in Amsterdam with my friends. We were in a big park and it was a sunny day. All days in Amsterdam were realy cloudly while we were there, but this day the sun shone, so we could feel the sun more than ever. We were having fun and I think this piture transmits happiness because we were all together in another country and we built up our friendship with our exchanges. We could also feel the freedom while we were lying down in a big park singing and laughing. We had new experiences and we went to beautiful places, so this picture is a good memory from the best trip in my life.

CADIZ CARNIVAL

My father is from Cadiz. It is one of the most cities in Andalucia. Cadiz Carnival is a big custom there, is one of the best-known and famous carnivals in the world. The whole city participate in the carnival for more than two weeks each year, and the presence of this party is almost constant in the city because of the fancy-dresses, rehearsals, contests held throughout the year and the performers group that sing on the street called "Chirigotas" It is so easy to get involved in the carnival evenif yuo are not spanish. There, people are really friendly and you make friends easily. Furthermore, the music and the "Chirigotas" lyrics are incredible and really funny in the center of the carnival. FIGHT FOR YOUR DREAMS

In my opinion, it's obvious that people should go on and fight when they want something. I am so happy now, I have good marks and all my friends are proud of me. Furthermore, I have quite money because I am working as a babysitter. There's no doubt that I am going to fight for the career that I want and keep going in this way. I think that working hard and being responsible are the most importat things to get what you want. I am going to continue working hard and studying because in he future, I will be pleased. People have to structure their lives as they would like, because being happy and doing what you like is the most importat thing in life. In conclusion, studies are very important for your future and for the rest of your life.

¿Te imaginas que vivimos en los años 20?

Como el título del proyecto de este trimestre se llama teimaginas? Lo primero que se nos vino en mente fue hacer algo gracioso y divertido, algo que nos gustase imginar y entonces decimos que iba a ser un baile. Esta fue la primera decisión, pero queriamos algo más, y pensamos en un pequeño teatro que sirviese como introducción y también incluimos esto en el trabajo. Una vez teniamos la estructura hecha, pensamos en la crisis actual, en lo mal que está la sociedad y la juventud, y se nos ocurrió pensar en una época feliz y de prosperidad económica y social. Esta época resultó ser los felices años 20 o también conocidos como los años locos. El baile pues, debía estar ambientado en esa fecha y escogimos el cabaret, ya que tuvo su máximo esplendor durante esta década y también por su vitalidad y expresividad. El baile con todo esto ya estaba acabado asique solo nos faltaba el pequeño teatro inicial, y decidimos hacer una pequeña crítica a la actualidad en la que vivimos que sirve como comienzo y a la vez enlaza el título de nuestro trabajo ¿te imaginas que volviésemos a los años 20? con el baile.

HOJALDRE DE FRUTAS

Ingredientes: 1 plancha de hojaldre fresco o congelado Frutas variadas Crema pastelera (TIENE SU PREPARACION) Preparación: En primer lugar desenrollamos el hojaldre fresco, o dejamos descongelar si es congelado. Del rectángulo de hojaldre cortamos unas tiras de los lados y las ponemos encima de los bordes, para obtener unas paredes que contendrán la crema pastelera. Las pegamos con un poquito de agua. Pinchamos bien todo el centro del hojaldre menos los bordes, aún asi siempre tiende a subir un poquito. Sino también podemos optar por poner un peso encima, como unas legumbres secas, o bolitas de cerámica que puedan ir al horno. Horneamos el hojaldre según las instrucciones del fabricante. Normalmente con el horno precalentado a 180ºC durante 20-25 minutos. Mientras se hornea el hojaldre vamos preparando la crema pastelera (pinchar para ver la receta). Una vez preparada la dejamos templar y la extendemos sobre el hojaldre horneado. Si preferimos que la crema quede más espesa hornearemos el hojaldre con la crema sobre él. Cuando la crema haya enfriado cortamos a láminas las frutas que hayamos elegido y las disponemos sobre la crema. Las pincelamos con mermelada de albaricoque, almíbar o gelatina diluída en un poco de agua para darles brillo. PREPARACION CREMA PASTELERA Ingredientes: 500 ml de leche 125 gr de azúcar 10 gr de mantequilla 45 gr de Maizena 3 yemas de huevo 1/2 vaina de vainilla Preparación: Llevar a ebullición 375 ml de leche, el azúcar, la mantequilla y la 1/2 vaina de vainilla. Dejar en infusión y reservar. Poner en un cazo las yemas e ir incorporando lentamente la Maizena. Añadir un poco de la leche restante (125 ml) para hacerlo más fluido, hasta incorporarla en su totalidad. Colar la leche infusionada y aún caliente e incorporarla a la mezcla anterior. Llevar al fuego suave, y con el batidor ir removiendo hasta que quede bien espesa (unos 10-15 minutos).
